Hello!

I’m Courtney Dayao, a Global Color + Materials Design Director currently working at Nike where I lead a team of 15 designers. I was born and raised in Southern California and have lived up and down the beautiful West Coast.

I have extensive experience designing for globally recognized brands in action sports, denim, performance, and lifestyle. I am a former denim designer & I’m experienced in leading large and small design teams across Apparel and Footwear. I thrive in creative environments where bold ideas and thoughtful execution converge to deliver meaningful impact.

When I am not designing product, you can find me traveling, making music, or reading a good book.
